NORFOLK (Oct. 9, 2015) — Rear Adm. DeWolf "Chip" Miller, Assistant Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Warfare Systems, congratulates Capt. Andrew Loiselle after presenting his end of tour award during USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) change of command ceremony, held at the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center in Norfolk, Virginia. Loiselle was relieved by Capt. Will Pennington as commanding officer of America's newest aircraft carrier.
