YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 13, 2015) Command Master Chief Loren Rucker, assigned to U.S. Naval Hospital (USNH) Yokosuka, addresses Sailors upon completion of a command service dress uniform inspection held in honor of the 240th birthday of the U.S, Navy. The Continental Navy was established on Oct. 13, 1775 by the Continental Congress to dispatch two armed vessels to search for munitions ships that supplied the British army in America.
