    U.S. Army Sgt. Richard Freeman, an engineer with 338th Engineer Company, 244th Engineer Battalion, assists a soldier with the 15th Iraqi Army Brigade as he gives hand and arm signals to another Iraqi soldier operating an armored D7F bulldozer during training that was facilitated through building partner capacity operations at the engineer depot in Taji, Iraq, Oct. 7, 2015. U.S. Soldiers taught Iraqi soldiers how to use the scoop loader to breach berms and create tank ditches.
