The Coast Guard closed a section of the Upper Houston Ship Channel Monday, Oct. 19, 2015, after the tug Annie Moon and attached barge sank across from the Kinder Morgan terminals in Galena Park. The barge was carrying 60 to 80 foot long sheets of two-foot wide metal.
