    Command Sgt. Maj. Bradley Shields and Command Chief Master Sgt. Greg Cullen, senior enlisted advisors for the Wisconsin Army and Wisconsin Air National Guard, respectively, carry a wreath for placement before a monument commemorating the service and sacrifice of Wisconsin military members since Sept. 11, 2001, during an Oct. 3 dedication ceremony.
