Hill Air Force Base Exchange general manager Mark Downs and the Exchange team honored associate Patricia Barson at a special presentation Oct. 16, 2015. Barson has been named an Outstanding Department of Defense Employee with a Disability for 2015. Barson lives with physical limitations related to being separated from her conjoined twin sister in 1984, when they were just six months old.
