Marine officers and staff non-commissioned officers with II Marine Expeditionary Force participated in a professional military education class and discussion on Marine Corps warfighting as part of MEFEX, a II MEF-level exercise, at Camp Lejeune, N.C., Oct 16, 2015. The class focused on the Marine Corps Planning Process and is part of a series of warfighting PME designed to prepare the II MEF staff for corps-level operations, combined-arms maneuver command and control, and U.S. Geographical Combatant Commander crises and contingency response requirements.
