Marines and sailors with 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment prepare simulated casualties for medical evacuation during a Tactical Combat Trauma Course on Camp Lejeune, N.C., Oct. 16, 2015. Students of the course must attempt to save the “lives” of dummies at casualty collection points and move them to a simulated landing zone for extraction within a realistic time frame for actual medical evacuations.
