During an Aug. 18, 2015, briefing at the Army Reserve Engagement Team-Japan's office in Camp Zama, Japan, Army Command Sgt. Maj. Luther Thomas, Jr., command sergeant major, U.S. Army Reserve, discuss the Army Reserve's new retention programs and training initiatives with Army Reserve Soldiers currently serving with U.S. Army Japan and I Corps (Forward). Many of the Reserve Soldiers in attendance are members of the Drilling Individual Mobilization Augmentee Program (DIMA).
