Petty Officer 1st Class Michael Lammey learns to write with his left hand after going through surgery to try and correct fingers on his right hand at Brook Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. Lammey is recovering at Brooke Army Medical Center after being burned when a boiler exploded aboard the Emory S. Land-class submarine tender USS Frank Cable.
