U.S. Navy 2nd Class Petty Officer Jojuan James (foreground) and 2nd Class Petty Officer Chris Schoene, both members of VP-10 Patrol Squadron here, plays soccer with a boy from a small village outside Camp Lemonnier, Nov. 12. The Sailors volunteered to team up with 4/78th Battalion, Delta Company Civil Affairs to donate balls and clothes, and watch a French-dialect movie. Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa is actively involved in supporting many local villages without electricity to provide the popular "movie nights" and build relationships in Djibouti.
