151023-N-XF387-001 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 23, 2015) - Culinary Specialist Seaman Jaquinn Scruggs, attached to the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), cuts stratica flooring while repairing a deck onboard the ship. Blue Ridge is currently moored at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka undergoing a Selected Restricted Availability maintenance period, which will allow the ship to undertake future patrols, ensuring the safety and security of Pacific sea lanes.
