Tyler Sweet, combat engineer officer, Combat Logistics Battalion 11, 1st Marine Logistics Group, explains the route and plan for security patrols to be conducted by members of CLB-11’s engineer platoon during Mountain Exercise 6-15 at Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport, Calif., Oct. 25, 2015. Engineer Platoon conducted two consecutive days of security patrols along a mountain trail to provide route reconnaissance, deter enemy forces and remove obstacles that would restrict friendly and civilian movement.
