151021-N-VS214-002 PACIFIC OCEAN (Oct. 21, 2015) USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49) lowers a rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB) and its boat crew to perform a personnel transfer with amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4). Boxer Amphibious Ready Group (ARG), composed of Boxer, amphibious transport dock ship USS New Orleans (LPD 18), Harpers Ferry and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, is conducting a Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) to test their ability to effectively respond to scenario driven events and perform as an integrated unit in preparation for deployment.
