POLARIS POINT, Guam (Oct. 27, 2015) Capt. Harold Groff, center, the senior medical officer assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), speaks with Rear Adm. John Nowell, 2nd from the right, commander, Expeditionary Strike Group 7, about the ship's medical capabilities during a tour, Oct. 27. Nowell visited Frank Cable to meet with Sailors and learn about the ship's repair and maintenance capabilities offered to the fleet. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
