GREAT LAKES, Ill. (Oct. 23, 2015) Rear Adm. Margaret Grun Kibben, chief of chaplains, congratulates a recruit during a capping ceremony Oct. 23, at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes. Kibben also observed the ceremony at the USS Trayer where recruits had successfully completed Battle Stations-21, the culmination of eight weeks of training.
