INDIAN OCEAN (Oct. 31, 2015) A U.S. Sailor with the Essex Amphibious Ready Group executes a take-down technique after being sprayed with oleoresin capsicum during a non-lethal weapons course aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2).
