Robert Spanogle, the civilian aid to the Secretary of the Army, along with Maj. Gen. R. Martin Umbarger, the adjutant general of the Indiana National Guard, and Congressman Dan Burton from the Indiana fifth district, stand ready with the holiday food at Camp Atterbury, Ind. All three are spending their Thanksgiving serving the Soldiers who are here with a special meal. There are many units training here before they deploy.
