U.S. Navy Constructionman Benjamin Kistner, a builder assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, attaches a string-line to a stake while working on the Hamramba Primary School in Moroni on the East African island nation of Comoros, Nov. 20. The string-line will be used to assist in squaring the buildings footers prior to pouring cement. Seabees from NMCB 3 are currently deployed to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa from their homeport in Port Hueneme, Calif., and have been working on the school in cooperation with the government of Comoros.
