David McNulty, 102 Intelligence Group commander, cut the ribbon at a ribbon-cutting ceremony Nov. 7, 2015 at Otis Air National Guard Base, Mass. The 102nd opened a state-of-the-art intelligence facility as part of its weapon system, the Distributed Common Ground Station.
