U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Jennifer Lacy, 145th Force Support Squadron, had her husband present via video chat due to a military duty requirement out of state that kept him from attending the ceremony held at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Nov. 7, 2015. Lacy started her career as a crew chief in December 1992, and through her outstanding character and drive is now moving into the position of the 145th FSS commander.
