Light Armored Vehicles and their U.S. Marine crews arrive at their destination of Alvarez de Sotomayor after a 300 mile convoy across southern Spain. The 13-ton vehicles arrived in Rota by Maratime Prepositioning Ship the week prior and were joined by Marines from 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion. The exercise is NATO’s largest since 2002 and will include more than 30 nations participating.
