U.S. Army Pvt. Kevin Ramos-Cotto, assigned to the 55th Signal Company (COMCAM) comes out of a hole in full make up to frighten Soldiers and family members in a haunted house during the Company annual Halloween party, Fort George G. Meade, Oct. 29, 2015. The gathering was organized by the Family Readiness Group and is designed to bring Soldiers and their family together to celebrate Halloween and also to build esprit de corp.
