Major General Patrick Murphy, the Adjutant General of New York, presents a New York State Medal for Valor, the state's highest award, for Sgt.Henry Johnson to Command Sgt. Major Anthony McLean, Command Sgt. Major of the 369th Sustainment Brigade, during a ceremony at the New York State Capitol on Monday, Nov. 9, marking the display of a Medal of Honor awarded posthumously to New York National Guard Soldier Sgt. Henry Johnson for his heroic actions in 1918. McLean accepted the award of the New York State Medal for Valor, the state's higheste military award, on Johnson's behalf. Also pictured is Col.
