Balad Air Base, Iraq -- Staff Sgt. Kimberly Kemp (left) is astonished at seeing Staff Sgt. Bonnie Mc Kinley's "fat picture." Mc Kinley, a respiratory therapist, keeps copies of the photograph of herself when she weighed 215 pounds after a pregnancy. Currently her 5Ã?4Ã? frame weighs in at 140. She attributes her weight loss and fitness increase to the practice of yoga. The bending and stretching worked so well for herself that she achieved certification as a instructor and leads yoga sessions for base personnel, three times a week, in the hospital staff lounge.
