SOUTH CHINA SEA (Nov. 13, 2015) U.S. Marine Lt. Col. Andreas Lavato, right, speaks to Sgt. Maj. Mark D. Wright before loading onto an aircraft aboard the USS Essex (LHD 2). Lavato is the commanding officer and Wright is the sergeant major, both with Medium Marine Tiltrotor Squadron 161 (Reinforced), 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
