TUTONG, Brunei (Nov. 12, 2015) U.S. Marine Col. Vance L. Cryer shakes hands with officers from 3rd Battalion, Royal Brunei Land Forces following a Combined Afloat Readiness and Training - Brunei 2015. Cryer is the commanding officer of the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit. Elements of the 15th MEU Marines are ashore in Brunei to perform day and night training in an urban environment and to enhance interoperability and partnership between the U.S. and Brunei. The 15th MEU is currently deployed in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region to promote regional stability and security in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt.
