U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Justin Schmidt sings the U.S. national anthem before the 2015 Armed Forces Classic Nov. 14 at the Foster Fieldhouse aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. This marked the fourth year the Armed Forces Classic was held and the second time it was played in East Asia. Schmidt, a Wauconda, Ill., native, is the small ensemble leader and a vocalist with the III Marine Expeditionary Force Band, III MEF Headquarters Group, III MEF.
