Army personnel assigned to 655th Concrete Team, 19th Engineer Battalion, attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, compete against NMCB 74's Staff team in a volleyball competition during the battalion's mid-deployment party. The mid-deployment party is both a tradition and milestone for a Seabee battalion that often includes a barbecue, sports and physical fitness competitions, and a time of reflection on the command's deployment accomplishments thus far.
