Psychologist Lolina Necesario Bajin observes emergency contact plans put together by barangay leaders during a disaster planning course. The two-day seminar, taught jointly by the Armed Forces of the Philippines psychologist and the chaplain assistant from Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines, brought together more than 70 Zamboanga community leaders, who were able to share information in order to be better prepared to handle future calamities.
