Sun Hai Bo, commanding officer of the People’s Liberation Army Navy Jiangkai II class guided-missile frigate Xuzhou (FFG 530), for a ship tour during a scheduled port visit of the forward-deployed Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG 63). Stethem is in Shanghai to build relationships with the PLA Navy and demonstrate the U.S. Navy’s commitment to the Indo-Asia-Pacific.
