This ZPU-4 Russian-made anti-aricraft gun forms the centerpiece of "Ever Upward: The History of the New York Air National Guard" a new exhibit at the New York State Military Museum in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., which opened on Friday, Nov. 20. The gun was captured by United States Marines from the Iraqi Army during the 1991 Gulf War and presented to the New York Air National Guard's 174tgh Fighter Wing as a thank-you for flying missions in support of their Marines. The exhibit includes photographs and artifacts to tell the story of the 5,600-member New York Air National Guard, the largest in the United States. The museum is managed by the New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs. (U.S. Army National Guard photo by Sgt. Major Corine Lombardo/Released)
