SAN DIEGO, Calif. (Nov. 22, 2015) Capt. Murray G. Fink pipes through the sideboys during a change of command ceremony at Naval Amphibious Base, Coronado. Capt. Fink relinquished command of Coastal Riverine Squadron 1 to Capt. Joaquin J. Martinez de Pinillos. The Coastal Riverine Force is a core Navy capability that provides port and harbor security, high value asset protection and maritime security operations in coastal and inland waterways.
