Colorado Army National Guard Construction and Facilities Management Officer, Col. Debi Roberts, City Councilman State Rep. Jerry Sonnenberg, Fort Lupton Mayor Tommy Holton, Colorado Adjutant General Maj. Gen. H. Michael Edwards and COARNG Commander Col. Dana Capozzella, break ground at the site of the COARNG's newest readiness center in Fort Lupton, Colo., Dec. 2, 2009. The 35,000-square-foot building will contain an assembly hall, classrooms, a library, a learning center, a kitchen, a recruiting office, a physical fitness area and restrooms.
