Keegan Hurley, a medic with the 345th Combat Support Hospital, assigned to Multinational Battle Group-East, conducts a class on combat expedient casualty evaluation, during the Kosovo Force Operation Silver Sabre, Nov. 18, 2015, at Camp Vrelo, Kosovo. The three-day exercise is designed to improve capabilities and develop coordination with the different security elements in Kosovo.
