Marine Corps Community Services allows Marines, Sailors and civilians to sign up for a raffle at the grand opening of Dunkin’ Donuts aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Dec. 2. Before the raffle, base leadership cut the ribbon to signify Dunkin’ Donuts’ opening and the new establishment received a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition.
