Sailors assigned to the weapons department of the amphibious assault ship USS Nassau offload ammunition from Landing Craft Air Cushion 77. The landing craft is assigned to Assault Craft Unit 4 based at Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Va., rides over a swell in rough waters as it approaches the amphibious assault ship USS Nassau. Nassau is underway with other elements of the Nassau Amphibious Ready Group and the embarked 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit for a Certification Exercise before their deployment in early 2010.
