Miranda Oldroyd (center of circle), a CrossFit headquarters trainer, who also co-owns a gym in Salt Lake City, Utah, with her husband, teaches CrossFit techniques to a group of service members during level one CrossFit instructor certification aboard Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, Dec. 12. Four instructors and the founder and chief executive officer of CrossFit spent two days aboard Al Asad to certify close to 50 service members.
