A member of the Iraqi Army holds an end of a rope attached to a truss in order to keep the truss level, as a crane hoists it in the air, at 4th Brigade, 2nd Battalion Infantry Division's Joint Operation Center, Forward Operating Base Constitution, Baghdad, Iraq, Dec. 15.
