Tech Sgt. Jason Hubbart, 435th Combat Readiness Support Service, descended on Alzey, Drop Zone, Germany, Dec. 8, 2015, during Operation Toy Drop (OTD) Europe. It is the ninth annual joint service, multinational airborne operation hosted by 5th Quartermaster Theater Aerial Delivery Company.
