151204-N-PX557-303 NEWPORT, R.I. (Dec. 4, 2015) Lt. j.g. John Sarcone, assigned to U.S. Naval War College (NWC), helps Army Maj. Ruben Otero, a student at NWC, get up from the field following a play during an Army-Navy flag football game at Nimitz Field onboard Naval Station Newport in Newport, Rhode Island. The game was held as a precursor to the college football rivalry game between U.S. Naval Academy, Navy Midshipmen, and U.S. Military Academy, Army Black Knights, scheduled for Dec. 12, at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pa.
