Timothy Anderson, executive officer of USS Constitution, along with retired Navy and Boston National Park Service, participate in the annual wreath-laying ceremony to commemorate the attacks on Pearl Harbor. The Cassin Young, which served during World War II, is named after Capt. Cassin Young, who was awarded a Medal of Honor for heroism during the attack on Pearl Harbor.
