U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Josh Hagler, an infantry rifleman with Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force – Crisis Response – Central Command (SPMAGTF-CR-CC), guard a listening and observation post during a security patrol at Al Taqaddum, Iraq, Dec. 2, 2015. As part of their force protection responsibilities, the Marines stand post security, man entry-control points, conduct patrols throughout the camp, and when needed, provide a quick reaction force to respond to an emergency or crisis. The efforts of SPMAGTF-CR-CC Marines contribute to supporting Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve by enabling Iraqi and coalition training and operations.
