U.S. Marine Cpl. Arturo Frias is a tactical switchboard operator with Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Central Command and Houston native. He is responsible for setting up and maintaining telephony communications for Marine elements deployed within the U.S. Central Command area of operation.
