Sulu Governor Hon. AbduSakur Tan shakes hands with U.S. Army Maj. Scott Malone, Task Force Sulu commander from Joint Special Operations Task Force - Philippines during an Area Coordination Center turnover ceremony in Hadji Panglima Tahil municipality. JSOTF-P assisted with the development of four buildings. The ACCs will be used by residents to discuss issues, hold ceremonies, and to develop ways to improve the conditions in the area.
