Soldiers, families and guests render honors to the national colors during the playing of “The Star-Spangled Banner," Dec. 11, 2015, during the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Change of Command ceremony held at Fort Carson’s William “Bill” Reed Special Events Center. In a time-honored tradition that dates back centuries, Col. Curtis D. Taylor assumed command of the brigade from Col. David M. Hodne.
