    Frank Levingston (center), the oldest known World War II veteran, visits the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery Dec. 7 as part of the Austin Honor Flight visit to Washington. One of eight children, Levingston is 110 years old and served in the Army as a private.
