    Lance Cpl. Jennifer Vines places cheese on a bed of spinach and ground beef during the Chef of the Quarter competition at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., Dec. 17, 2015. The annual competition tests the Marines’ ability to present, prepare and handle food while competing for the title of Chef of the Quarter. The competition also tests the Marines’ basic knowledge of their military occupational specialty. Vines is a food service specialist with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron at MCAS Cherry Point.
