(December 8, 2015) - Equipment Operator 3rd Class John Billingsly from Chetopa, Kan. inserts a securing pin during conversion from single to double hook configuration aboard the USNS 1st LT Jack Lummus (T-AK 3010) prior to an INSTREAM loading exercise. Navy Cargo Handling Battalion ONE (NCHB 1) is the navy's only active duty cargo handling battalion and one of eight battalions under Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG) provides expeditionary logistics capability for the Navy and joint service customers.
