Six German Air Force officers graduated from the Tactical Control Officers course at the German Air Force Air Defense Center at Fort Bliss, Texas, Dec. 11. The course, equivalent to the U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery Officer Basic Course, teaches the tactics, techniques and procedures needed to employ the PATRIOT air defense system.
